RULES OF VIP ZONE

Dear Sir or Madam, we would like to inform you that we have prepared these VIP zone Regulations for your safety and to provide you with the appropriate comfort of using the services offered in the Cinema City Cinemas VIP zones of Cinema City Bonarka in Kraków and Cinema City Wroclavia in Wrocław. Considering the basic principles of our company's policy, and in particular the care to achieve the satisfaction of our Customers with the quality of services provided, we would like to ask you to read the following points and comply with the regulations indicated in them. Moreover, we would like to inform you that the purchase of a screening ticket in the VIP zone is treated as a confirmation that you have read these regulations and at the same time agree to be bound by them.

1. In order to enter a cinema auditorium, it is necessary to present a valid ticket to the cinema staff for a specific film screening, to a given auditorium beforehand. Ticket entitles only to enter the screening in the designated auditorium, on a given day and at a given time. You should keep your ticket until you leave the cinema.
2. A VIP Light ticket entitles you to enter the VIP zone 15 minutes before the start of the screening.
3. Viewers are required to enter the cinema auditorium at the latest 30 min after the start of the screening for which the ticket was purchased. After this time, the cinema reserves the right to require the viewers to leave the VIP zone.
4. Staying in another VIP room or arbitrarily changing the projection room during the film screening is not allowed.
5. Viewers with a VIP Light ticket are entitled to use the bar menu of the VIP zone (nachos, popcorn, hot and cold drinks) and to watch the screening in the VIP room.
6. Viewers can use the bar menu of the VIP zone up to 45 minutes before the end of the show.
7. The cinema staff reserves the right to refuse entry to the VIP room to persons who are drunk or under the visible influence of drugs or psychotropic agents without reimbursement of the ticket price or to ask such persons to leave the cinema.
8. Please do not disturb the reception of the screening by other Viewers, in particular through the use of mobile phones, loud conversations, expressive expression of emotions connected with the reception of the projection or any other behavior that may interfere with the comfortable reception of the film by other Viewers.
9. We reserve the right to remove from the premises persons who grossly violate these Rules and the order or safety rules applicable in our cinema, and in particular who interfere with the use of our premises by other Viewers.
10. The following activities are strictly prohibited in the VIP Zone:
    1. Smoking and using electronic cigarettes,
    2. bringing in food and beverages purchased outside the snack bars owned by Cinema City;
    3. bringing alcohol purchased outside the snack bars owned by Cinema City and drinking it in the auditoriums,
    4. bringing to the cinema auditorium food products served in glass or ceramic packaging,
    5. bringing in pets
    6. violent, provocative or otherwise dangerous behaviours for other Customers;
11. We would like to inform you that VIP zone is taken out of the Birthday Cinema Offer.
12. Please report any comments to the cinema staff, also with regard to incorrect sound or image quality of the film displayed during the projection or immediately after its completion. We would like to inform you that failure to comply with this obligation may result in the impossibility of confirming the legitimacy of the submitted reservations, and thus the acceptance of your complaint.
13. (A) The ticket can be returned no later than 2 hours before the beginning of the show, upon presentation of the receipt, proof of purchase or the ticket printout. If the ticket is purchased at a box office, the full amount is refunded.
    (B) Account Users shall be able to return all tickets bought electronically in a single transaction by submitting a return instruction via the Website or the Application after logging in to the Account no later than 2 hours before the start of the screening. The service fee of PLN 2.00, added to the price of the ticket purchased electronically, shall not be refunded. Refunds shall be made in accordance with the rules set out in the T&C of online pirchases of tickets.

14. VIP seats may not work properly with a weight of less than 20 kg.
15. All films displayed in VIP halls are subject to a separate pricing policy in accordance with the price list available at ticket offices and on the website cinema-city.pl. We kindly inform you that there are no discounts for affiliate programs for movies displayed in the VIP halls.
16. In accordance with §1 pt. 1 and 2 of the Rozporządzenie Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska w sprawie stawek opłaty za produkty jednorazowego użytku z tworzyw sztucznych będące opakowaniami z dnia 07 grudnia 2023 r. (Dz.U. 2023 poz. 2679) in the case of the sale of food products in takeaway packaging in VIP zone, as of 1 January 2024, the charge for single-use packaging issued in the VIP zone is included in the ticket price.
17. These VIP zone regulations constitute a complement to the Cinema Regulations. In matters not covered by the provisions of the VIP zone Regulations, the provisions of the Cinema Regulations apply.
