ANNEX NO. 1 TO THE MOVIE THEATRE RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Definitions:
- Issuer – Cinema City Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Fosa 37, 02-768 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs held by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 8th Commercial Division, under the KRS no 0000707019, the Tax ID No (NIP) 521-30-97-055, website www.cinema-city.pl, e-mail address [email protected], also referred to as “Cinema City”,
- Voucher - a coupon issued for bearer, entitles the User to redeem it by exchanging for a Ticket in Cinema City and via www.cinema-city.pl or for a product in the Cinema City bar. Each voucher contains a unique code, which has a specific expiry date,
- User - each owner of the Voucher,
- Ticket - a document confirming the right to participate in a film screening at Cinema City.

Region 1 – Warszawa, Janki, Wrocław, Łódź, Kraków,
Region 2 – Poznań, Zielona Góra, Bielsko-Biała,
Region 3 – Katowice, Częstochowa, Gliwice, Cieszyn, Bydgoszcz, Lublin,
Region 4 – Elbląg, Bytom, Toruń, Wałbrzych, Starogard Gdański,
Region 5 – Ruda Śląska, Rybnik, Sosnowiec,
- Set – includes two or more vouchers of one or different types
- The sale of Vouchers is conducted exclusively for institutional customers (entrepreneurs), after prior order via e-mail at the following address [email protected].
- Cinema City owns Vouchers for sale, which can be redeemed in all Cinema City cinemas throughout Poland, as well as Vouchers for selected Region.
- Selection of the location in which the Voucher can be redeemed must be indicated before making a purchase.
- Vouchers purchased for Region 1 are valid in cinemas throughout Poland.
- Vouchers purchased for Region 2 are valid for Region 2, 3, 4 and 5.
- Vouchers purchased for Region 3 are valid for Region 3, 4 and 5.
- Vouchers purchased for Region 4 are valid for Region 4 and 5.
- Vouchers purchased for Region 5 are valid for Region 5.
- Cinema City reserves the right to sell other types of Vouchers, the scope of which will be described in separate regulations.
- The User of the Voucher by purchasing and using the Voucher declares that he has read these rules and regulations, understands its content, does not raise any objections to it and undertakes to observe it.
- It is possible to pay extra for the 2D voucher for the 3D format in standard cinemas, IMAX and Komfort halls. In the case of other vouchers, it is not possible to pay extra or exchange them for another voucher type..
- Before the screening, the Voucher should be exchanged for Ticket:
- at the box office of the Cinema City for which the Voucher was issued, or
- on the Website (in this case there is a need to pay an additional service fee in the amount of 2.00 PLN added to each Ticket ordered)
- Upon the delivery of the Vouchers to the buyer, the risk of accident loss or damage as well as any encumbrances related to the Voucher shall be transferred to the Buyer.
- The purchase of bar products using a Voucher may only be made in the bar of the Cinema City cinema for which the Voucher has been released.
- The basis for the implementation of the Voucher is its code, the User is obliged to protect the code of the Voucher and not to make it available to unauthorized third parties, including in the form of a photo of the Voucher. In case the code shown on the Voucher is illegible or has been previously used (which was registered in the Cinema City system), such a Voucher will not be accepted by the Cinema City cinema staff.
- Vouchers are valid all weekdays.
- The Voucher has a defined expiration date - the sheet shows the date (including the date) up to which it can be exchanged for a Ticket or bar product.
- It is not possible to extend the validity of the Vouchers.
- Having a Voucher does not guarantee the possibility of buying a Ticket for a screening.
- Cinema City owns the following Vouchers for institutional customers to sale:
- Bar vouchers are valid for selected products available at the cinema bar.
- 2D Vouchers are valid for 2D films in standard movie theaters. They are not valid in IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, VIP and Komfort halls.
- 3D Vouchers are valid for 2D and 3D films in standard movie theaters. They are not valid in IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, VIP and Komfort halls. Glasses fee is included.
- IMAX 3D Vouchers are valid for 2D and 3D films in IMAX and standard movie theaters. They are not valid in 4DX, ScreenX, VIP and Komfort halls.. Glasses fee is included.
- 4DX 3D Vouchers are valid for 2D and 3D movies in 4DX and standard movie theaters. They are not valid in IMAX, ScreenX, VIP and Komfort halls.
- VIP 2D vouchers are valid for 2D films in VIP halls (only in Cinema City Bonarka in Kraków and Cinema City Wroclavia in Wrocław) and in standard cinema halls. They are not valid in the IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX and Komfort halls.
- Vouchers reffered to in paragraph 21 can be offer in various sets.
- At the customer request, Cinema City is able to create special sets of various types of Vouchers or Vouchers for selected tickets available in Cinema City’s offer.
- The vouchers are not valid for special events such as movie marathons, Ladies Night shows, concerts, operas (these events are announced by the cinema staff and marked on the Cinema City website).
- Vouchers are not combined with other promotional offers in Cinema City cinemas, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion provide for such a possibility.
- The User of the Voucher is entitled to hand it over free of charge to a third party.
- The User of the Voucher by handing it over to a third party is obliged to inform the next User about the rules of using the Vouchers specified in this document and the place of its possible implementation indicated when purchasing the Voucher.
- Cinema City shall not be liable for the User's failure to provide the Voucher to a third party with the information specified in the regulation, including in particular the failure to indicate the location of the cinema in which the Voucher may be redeem and the terms of its complaint.
- The Voucher User is not entitled to resell the Voucher without the prior written consent of Cinema City Poland.
- Cinema City does not agree to the resale of vouchers via Internet portals, including Allegro, OLX, Gumtree, etc. At the same time, Cinema City reserves the right to block Vouchers from online auctions.
- Cinema City stipulates that only Vouchers originating directly from Cinema City (i.e. purchased directly from Cinema City, received from Cinema City as a result of participation in the promotion or received from the entrepreneur who purchased the Voucher directly from Cinema City) shall be realized in Cinema City theatres.
- All complaints regarding vouchers purchased by entrepreneurs and then passed on to third parties can only be reported by the purchaser, i.e. the entrepreneur who ordered the vouchers.
- Vouchers shall not be reimbursable or exchanged for another physical equivalent.
- The current repertoire is available at www.cinema-city.pl.
- In case of ordering vouchers and providing personal data (e.g. by e-mail) we inform you that the Controller of Personal Data is Cinema City Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Fosa 37, 02-768 Warsaw, hereinafter also referred to as the "Company". The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by e-mail: [email protected] or by correspondence: Data Protection Officer, Fosa 37, 02-768 Warsaw.
- The data will be processed for the purposes of performance of the contract, including contact and in order to protect against possible interests (as a legitimate interest pursued by the controller) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). Personal data may be disclosed to the Company's employees or co-workers, as well as to entities providing support to the Company on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with the agreements concluded on entrusting the processing of personal data. Personal data collected for the above mentioned purposes will be processed for the duration of cooperation, including current contact, and for archiving purposes for a period not longer than indicated in the law or necessary to secure potential claims (the period of limitation of claims). Everyone shall have the right of access to and rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to transfer or object to the processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing prior to revocation. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary for the possibility of providing the service by the Controller. Personal data will not be used for automated decision making.
