In our cinemas we can organize: cozy private screenings, official film premieres, conferences, business meetings, presentations of products and services or movie sets and photo sessions. Our solutions and years of experience in organizing events in cinemas mean that we can meet the requirements of even the most elaborate event scenario.

The cosy, isolated area and excellent visibility from every place in the hall will attract the attention of your guests. The simplest presentation displayed on the cinema big screen will make a great impression on the participants of the event. This effect cannot be achieved in a traditional conference room.
ROOMS ADAPTED TO THE CLIENT'S NEEDS
Our cinema halls will accommodate from 23 to 750 seats depending on the location. Our halls differ not only in size but also in the amount of space under the screen, arrangement of seats, sound and projection systems. Before organizing the event, we encourage you to visit the cinema to choose the best hall for the organized event.
CINEMA LOBBY AT THE CLIENTS'S DISPOSAL
Our lobby is the perfect place to organize a reception, press wall, cloakroom, catering or additional attractions for guests. In a specially designated zone, we are able to prepare a space exclusively at client’s disposal. It is also possible to set up a roll up, stand or other advertising materials of the organizer during the event.
MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT AND TRANSMISSION
We use professional cinema equipment to organize unique events, thanks to which the quality of presentations and speeches is always at the highest level. In addition to digital projectors and an advanced sound system, we offer wireless microphones, tripods, slide changing remote controls and other equipment necessary to carry out the event. Thanks to Internet and satellite transmissions from one place in Poland, you can reach participants in other cities. Thanks to this solution, over 10,000 people can participate in one conference! Moreover, most of our cinemas are equipped with digital posters. This gives the opportunity to present dedicated material (e.g. company logo, movie trailer, meeting agenda, etc.) in the entire cinema or in selected zones. Thanks to these solutions and many years of experience in organizing events in the cinema, we are able to meet the requirements of even the most extensive event scenario.
CATERING
Coffee break, lunch, banquet, welcome drink are necessary elements of every business meeting. Our specialists will help organize catering tailored to the needs of the event.
PARKING
Our cinemas are located in 21 cities in Poland - most often in shopping centers.

The VIP zone is available at Cinema City Wroclavia in Wrocław and Cinema City Bonarka in Kraków. It is a unique place where we have combined modern technologies with a luxurious lobby, an open bar and a unique cinema atmosphere. These are ideal conditions for the organization of a cosy meeting with the client, non-standard presentation of a product or trade show, as well as press conferences and gala events.

VIP ZONE FACILITIES:
COSY HALLS
In the VIP zone in Wrocław, we have three cosy halls for 48 people each (144 seats in total), while in Kraków we have three halls with a capacity of 23,29 and 47 seats (99 seats in total).
VIP SEATS
Each hall in the VIP zone is equipped with comfortable, leather, adjustable armchairs that ensure comfort during long-lasting meetings. Each armchair comes with a table on which you can place a laptop, notebook or additional accessories necessary for the participants of the event.
SEPARATED LOBBY
In each VIP zone, we offer a separate, cosy lobby with access to the bar only for event participants. The arrangement of tables and chairs can be adapted to the needs of the organized meeting.
UNLIMITED CINEMA SNACKS
As part of the event in the VIP zone, we offer unlimited access to the bar with drinks and cinema snacks only for event guests. The VIP zone bar offers: popcorn, nachos, coffee, tea, water and carbonated drinks.
CATERING
If an open cinema snack bar is not enough, we will organize catering special for the event.
MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT
The lobby spaces and the cinema halls of the VIP zone are equipped with the most modern multimedia devices: digital projectors, advanced sound system, digital posters, remote controls for changing slides and wireless microphones. Thanks to the use of new technologies, we can display your presentation in all rooms at the same time and manage it from one of them or from the lobby of the VIP zone. The devices work with Microsoft and Mac software.
