PROMOTIONAL CODES UNLIMITED

TERMS OF USE OF UNLIMITED PROMOTIONAL CODES 

Cinema City: Cinema City Poland Sp. z o.o., with registered office in Warsaw at ul. Fosa 37, 02-768 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department, under KRS number 0000707019, NIP 521-30-97-055, issuer the Unlimited Gift Card and Unlimited Promotional Codes;
Cinema City cinemas: all Cinema City cinemas in Poland;
Promotional Code: a string of characters, including numbers and letters, generated by Cinema City, entitling the User to obtain the appropriate discount or additional benefit as part of registration in the Unlimited program on the Cinema City website;
Buyer: the person who purchased the Promotional Code for Cinema City;
User: the Buyer or other person using the Promotional Code who registers to Unlimited program using the Promotional Code;
Unlimited: a subscription program enabling the User to enter Cinema City Cinemas in accordance with the Unlimited Regulations;
Unlimited Regulations: regulations for the purchase and use of the Unlimited card located at www.cinema-city.pl/regulamin-unlimited 
Terms: these Terms of Use of Unlimited Promotional Codes
Unlimited Card purchases using a Promotional Code are subject to the following terms and conditions. By choosing the Promotional Code payment method the Customer shall accept the following terms and conditions.

1. The use of Promotional Codes as part of registration to Unlimited is based on these Terms and Conditions and the Unlimited Regulations. All wording used in these Terms, and not otherwise defined here, has the meaning assigned to them in the Unlimited Regulations.
2. The User is obliged to accept these Terms and Conditions before submitting the Unlimited Card application.
3. The Unlimited registration form is available at: www.cinema-city.pl/unlimited/rejestracja 
4. The Promotional Code can be:
   a)    purchased on the basis of a separate agreement concluded between the Buyer and Cinema City or;
   b)    made available to the User by Cinema City or its partners, as part of periodic promotions, the terms of individual promotions are available below in the section "Current offers for Unlimited members"
5. The option of entering a Promotional Code is available at the end of Unlimited registration process next to payment plan selection.
6. One Promotional Code allowed per Unlimited application.
7. In order to use the Promotional Code when purchasing the Unlimited Card, the User enters the Promotional Code and approves. The Promotional Codes, having a nominal value or % discount, after positive verification, reduce the value to be paid by the value of the entered Promotional Code or extend the period of providing the Unlimited service subject to terms of the entered Promotional Code.
8. Every Promotional Code has a specific expiry date (specified in the terms of individual promotion) by which the specific Promotional Code can be used in order to apply for Unlimited. If the Promotional Code is not used by the expiry date the User will lose the ability to use the Promotional Code.
9. When ordering the Unlimited Card using the Promotional Code, the User is obliged to read, understand and accept Unlimited Regulation.
10. The Promotional Code can be used by Buyer or by other third party to whom such Promotional Code is provided, subject to fulfilment of the requirements defined in the Unlimited Regulation.
11. In the case of cancellation or termination of an Unlimited agreement under which payment was made fully upfront by the Promotional Code, purchased under a separate agreement between Buyer of the Promotional Code and Cinema City, the User is not entitled to any refund of the annual subscription fee for Unlimited.
12. The Promotional Code shall not be exchanged for cash and shall not be exchanged for any other Cinema City services or goods not listed in these Promotional Code Use Terms and Conditions.
13. The Promotional Code shall not be combined with other promotional offers of Cinema City unless the provisions of such a promotion state otherwise.

Separate terms of purchase and use of Unlimited Gift Cards apply. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADDITIONAL OFFERS AVAILABLE WITH PROMOTIONAL CODE:

Terms and Conditions for the „25%, 50% OFF  or 10%, 20%, 25% OFF” OFFER

New Unlimited members get 25% or 50% off their first month of monthly membership (when selecting Monthly Payment Plan), or 10%. 20%, 25% off their annual membership (when selecting Annual Payment Plan). Offer only valid for new Unlimited members, who register using the Promotional Code provided within a specified period (duration of the offer). The Promotional Code may be used only once, within one Unlimited registration. Current Unlimited members and Users whose Unlimited contract has expired in the last 6 months are not eligible. Standard Unlimited Regulation applies.
